Quick, easy preparation. Non-toxic.. Heat in the microwave for 45-50 seconds . Immerse for 2 minutes in a pot of boiling water. (Bring at least 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil and remove from heat before submerging the gel pack.) . Place gel pack flat in the freezer for at least one hour before use .
